Are you ready to step behind the scenes and help deliver one of the biggest events of the season?
We are seeking dedicated, hands‑on volunteers to join the Provincial Competition Planning Committee (PCPC). This committee plays a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Provincial Championships, working together to ensure a smooth and successful meet from start to finish.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have experience in event planning, coordination, logistics, hospitality, or leadership
(experience does not need to be swimming‑specific) - Are eager to get more involved with the organization
- Are ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work immediately
- Are available to commit to monthly meetings and the full duration of the meet

- Assistant Provincial Competition Meet Manager
- Volunteer Coordinator
- Awards Coordinator
- Logistics Coordinator
- Host Coordinator
