DESCRIPTION:\n2025 ASSA AGM\n\n\n\nWednesday, January 21, 2026 – 7:30 pm MDT via video conference\n\n\n\nThe ASSA Board of Directors invites you to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Alberta Summer Swimming Association (ASSA)\n\n\n\nThe purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to:\n\n\n\n\nReceive the minutes from the 2024 Annual General Meeting\n\n\n\nConsider any business arising out of these minutes\n\n\n\nReceive the Reports of the President, Treasurer\n\n\n\nReceive the annual financial statements of Alberta Summer Swimming (ASSA)\n\n\n\nTo appoint the Association’s auditors for the ensuing year\n\n\n\nTo elect directors for the ensuing year. (All clubs shall receive two (2) votes, provided voting delegates have been identified as described in the bylaws)\n\n\n\nTo conduct other business that may be properly brought before the meeting\n\n\n\n\nVoting and non-voting delegates to the Annual General Meeting Must pre-register by January 11th through this link.\n\n\n\nDetails to access the meeting will be provided only to registered delegates.\n\n\n\nImportant for voting delegates:  The email you register with will be used to gain access to the voting platform for all motions during the meeting.
