The ASSA Board of Directors invites you to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Alberta Summer Swimming Association (ASSA)
The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to:
- Receive the minutes from the 2024 Annual General Meeting
- Consider any business arising out of these minutes
- Receive the Reports of the President, Treasurer
- Receive the annual financial statements of Alberta Summer Swimming (ASSA)
- To appoint the Association’s auditors for the ensuing year
- To elect directors for the ensuing year. (All clubs shall receive two (2) votes, provided voting delegates have been identified as described in the bylaws)
- To conduct other business that may be properly brought before the meeting
Voting and non-voting delegates to the Annual General Meeting Must pre-register
by January 11th through this link.
Details to access the meeting will be provided only to registered delegates.
Important for voting delegates: The email you register with will be used to gain access to the voting platform for all motions during the meeting. Changes to designated emails for delegates cannot be made after the January 11th registration deadline.
