Define a Meet

 

New feature starting in 2012

Region Rep approval. When you create a new meet, the Region Rep now has to formally approve the date before you can proceed. This will allow the Region Rep to fulfill his/her responsibility to co-ordinate the meet dates within the Region.

 
Please fill out the requested information and press the SUBMIT button.
Items marked with an asterix (*) are mandatory.
 
Meet Sanction Number: Will be added by ASSA Office when assigned.
 
* Select your Swim Club from the list.
If this is a Regional or Provincial
Championship Meet, select the
appropriate option from the list.
* Contact E-mail Address:
(This email address will appear as the default
address if the password has to be re-issued.)
 

If your meet is co-hosted, select
the second club from the list.

If you have a second co-host, select
the second club from the list.

 
* Enter the Start Date of the meet.
Year Month Date
 
* Meet Type (contact the ASSA office to add a new type)
 
* Select Hosting Pool:
 
* Enter a Password which will allow only you to come back and edit this Meet Definition.
(Do NOT use your banking password etc.)
